Wader & Woźniak joint venture company was founded in 1989 as a fusion of two companies a German HERMANN WADER SPIELWARENFABRIK and a Polish RYSZARD WOŹNIAK MANUFACTURING. We are in the first forefront of producers manufacturing in Poland toys like: cars of various types and sizes, garages, toys for playing on the beach and in the sand-pit (summer sets, buckets, shovels, sieves, shapes etc.), many kinds of educational toys, big and small blocks, various types of vehicles, coffee sets, furniture for dolls and many more. Although our range of goods is wide each year we introduce new products created by our own designers. Company's motto is THE HIGHEST QUALITY IN CHILD`S HAND.

Our toys are not only colourful, functional, solid and save but first of all posses educational attributes. They are suitable for children from 1 to 6. The best raw materials, dyes and other components used during manufacturing processes combined with modern technologies and machinery guarantee the highest quality of our toys. Fulfillment of strict quality standards results in the fact that all our goods posses the required certificates - SGS and TÜV - and the production process is environmental friendly. Our company is in a possession of a modern machine park and own tool-room for building moulding forms for the production of new toys. Our warehouses of more than 35000 m 2 enable the continuity of production during the whole year up to the 4th term which is the time of increased sales. A very well developed distribution network with 7 branches in entire Poland (Bielsko Biała, Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdynia and two in Warszawa) lets us quickly reach all our customers. We also have our own transport base comprising Jumbo trucks and many pickup trucks. Our toys are also present on foreign markets. We have trade offices in Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia and regular trade partners in Romania and Ukraine but our goods are practically exported to the whole Europe.
